My business is located in Schertz, TX, near IH 35 and FM 1103.  I sew out of my home by appointment only.

​​​I do my best to charge fair and reasonable prices.  If a garment has been worn, please wash it before dropping it off.  The best way to reach me is by text or Facebook.  I need to know what the project is and if you need it by a certain date.  This helps me manage the work load.  I will reply with available times so we can get it scheduled. 

 

Most projects are completed within a few days to a week.  If it's prom season or wedding season (Spring/Fall), it may take a little longer. I do my best to be fast while doing a professional job.  If you need a formal dress hemmed, be sure to bring the shoes you plan to wear.

Quotes:  Simple things like patches on a letterman jacket or pants hems, that's easy to quote.  Otherwise, please bring it to me in-person.  It helps to see it.  You are under no obligation to use my services and I do not high pressure anyone.  There are so many different types of seams, fabric types, skirt fullness/layers, and styles, it's hard to estimate labor time sight unseen or by a tiny picture on FB or text.  Once I was asked for a quote on a skirt hem.  I gave a starting price thinking it was an everyday dress based on the text conversation (without seeing it), and the person showed up with a three layer formal dress.  My quote was completely off.  If I underquote, it hurts me and if I over quote, then I could loose the job.  It's better to meet and discuss the project.

I have the ability to make T-Shirt quilts. For this to be possible, I will need adequate time to work on it.  The alterations jobs have nearly doubled.  I have to maintain a steady flow of project turnover while creating the quilts.  If this is something you are interested in, please let me know.  We can talk about the project and desired completion date.
